Hi @User_IOZ5E, In order for a non-administrator role to perform CSV Import, the required permission must be added to the custom role. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles Edit the role Under Permissions tab > Setup subtab > add Import CSV File > Level: Full Click Save I hope this helps. Thank you.
