Hi @CRATIV_Jason 1. One saved search will do for Customers, Leads and Prospects. 2. Since you will be sourcing the criteria from two different records, you will need two separate searches. 3. Are those emails come from a saved search? 4. It is the Created By field. I hope these answers your questions.

Hi @User_5CWY0 As per design, the System Notes Saved Search results are filtered by the currently logged in User when the role is non-Administrator. It is the System Notes records that are being filtered, and not who owns the saved search. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.

You can select own, subordinate, and unassigned. This will return all results that are under the same location as the user's employee record, and transactions belong to themselves, their team members, or unassigned.
