Hi @RS_RS, Since the customer center role has very limited permissions, you do not have the option to add the Documents and Files permission. Creating a search to view the file name of the attached file in the record is a workaround. Adding this permission to the customer center role is logged under Enhancement #118280.…

Hi @david.kelly There is an enhancement request related to this. It is logged under Enhancement Request #290565. Since the credit memo is fully applied, you cannot edit it unless you are using an admin role and the only way to update it is to do a CSV import. I hope this helps.
