Thanks for your response and clarification, Evan. As I mentioned, I have not heard back from our channel sales rep despite numerous attempts for any feedback on this issue. Should I log a new case with NetSuite support? Thanks Preeth

I have been trying to get a response from our NetSuite channel sales manager for over a month now ...just no communication! I tried online support and they sent me a standard email with hardly any information. Perhaps, if I knew where the build-up is taking place I could do something about it....like shut off system notes…

Does anyone have any updates on this issue? We have been a customer with NetSuite for just a year and we haven't even turned on our website but it seems we have already exceeded the total storage size (MB)!!! What is everyone else doing to manage this? Has anyone got a report from NetSuite customer service or sales reps?…
