  • We were able to resolve this by following the steps mentioned below: Access Reconciled Statements list. Delete the concerned closed account. Access the said account in Reconcile Account Statement. Click on Review tab. Unclear and/or Unmatch all the lines. Access Match Bank Data. Re-do the match and clearing again. Now…
  • We are using Match Bank Data and both these SuiteAnswers refer to the deprecated "Reconcile Bank Statement" page. The only solution so far that we were able to resolve is to back track everything that we did and re-do the match and reconcile again. Thanks, Preethi
