I'm no expert but maybe this will help? On the visual builder are you setting the compare type to "checked" or for a value of T ? (apologies I'm not familiar with the "hold checkbox" and in this context unsure if it's a workflow field / record / custom field too.) Being unsure of the context, I could be way off track here,…
