@markbell10 The revenue by customer report is based on Rev Rec Journals which do not have the Primary Sales Rep on them. This is why I mention the ARM - the revenue doesn't come from the sale transaction (Invoice) but from Rev Rec Journals in my case.

Hello, The Allow override doesn't work with Advanced numbering. The setting is greyed out. When I enabled the Advanced numbering the Allow override was turned on anyway, but this doesn't help as it just doesn't work with Advanced numbering feature. Kind regards Pavlina
