I have logged case # 761752. We were able to reproduce this over a WebEx session with the Netsuite support group. Also - one important thing to note... I suspect that this error only occurs with websites that are configured to bring the customer to the shopping cart when the customer hits "Add to Cart". If your website…

Dear Mr Goldberg, I have not reported this to support as I can see that this problem is obviously system wide. Regards, Paul Reading.

I have just recieved this from a "NOT CUSTOMER" Don't know what went wrong, but when the same thing happened a second time I went to another supplier I was using IE6. Saw two faults. First. Having added an incorrect item to the basket it couldn't remove it. Tried all ways. Used the remove button. Set the quantity to zero…

Ken is there a work around for Mac users? We have a similar problem when registering a new customer, if there is a customer with the same name it errors out and you will lose the whole order. It should automatically store the order as say John Smith2 as it does for a web order.

It seems that the default deposit account setting in Setup/Accounting/Set Up Accounting is referenced by the string [Settlement Account] but this is not being recognised and is crediting "Group with Undeposited Funds"
-
Ok just got of the line to support after 2 hours and here is the fix:- Go to Setup/Accounting/Accounting Lists Make sure "Type" is set to "Payment Method" at the bottom of the screen. Then edit every entry and set the default "Deposit to" to your correct bank account. It seems that the default setting in…

I have just found that this is not just happening to bulk billing.
-
I never get this problem, but a co-worker has this problem almost every day at or around the same time. I will file a case the next time it happens.

http://www.lampspecs.co.uk My friend had to download a patch that spoofed it's id as ie6, then everything was fine.

Check to see if one of the Netsuite servers have been added to one of the spam blockers. Have a look at the raw source of one of the bounced email and then run the ip address against "Spam Database Lookup" on this site, if any of the results have a red background you have found the problem. http://www.dnsstuff.com/

Does this throw any light on the matter?

Dear Ted, take a look at this:----- Traceroute has started ... traceroute to system.netsuite.com (63.209.28.60), 64 hops max, 40 byte packets 1 192.168.100.1 (192.168.100.1) 21.015 ms 4.161 ms 37.157 ms 2 anchor-hg-4-lo100.router.demon.net (194.159.161.35) 33.794 ms 29.934 ms 28.248 ms 3…

We are finding that Netsuite has become VERY SLOW this last week. I am not talking about our webstore I am talking about the system. As an example I have just downloaded a Froogle export and it has taken about 10 minutes for the 1.9mb csv to download! I was getting 32.8KB/sec. In gerneral we are trying to navigate around…

We have had 1 order today, but I don't know why.
-
It is not working on my store either.
-
Is there anything broken, I can't find anything broken other than the search?
-
We have 600+ categories and need to add "Meta tags", "Brief Description" and "Detailed Descriptions". Is there a way to do this via csv or some other method, as the thought of having to cut and paste is mind boggoling. I think it would take two days of uninterupted work to do this by hand and two days of bed to recover. If…

I need a solution to this. A customer approaches us with a large order and we then offer the customer a special price quotation. If the customer converts the quotation into an order there is no ability for the customer to pay with PayPal. We cannot accept PayPal over the phone and seemingly there is no workaround. Anyone…

That's very helpful. I think that some cards insist on CCV2 so they cannot be processed with out it, but not all cards as as strict. It may even vary from merchant to merchant I assume.
-
I have received no answer to the above. These options are in Setup/Web Site/Set Up Web Site Setup tab under Web Site Basics and it is the Checkout URL drop down box. All the above are options presented to me without explanation.
-
Oh that fine. Thanks.
-
I am in the UK and we wanted to change to a Merchant that would support transaction in Euro. It is quite complicated because it was difficult to find a merchant/payment processor that could support the functions we wanted.
-
This information has just been was sent to me by Secure Trading. They are a payment processor we use on another site and sadly we cannot use them with Netsuite. Personally I would be delighted if Netsuite and Secure Trading were to become partners. http://www.securetrading.com/newsletter/cvv2.html I have not yet submitted…

From what I have been told if you pre-authorise the card it uses the CVV2. This will allow the card to subsequently validate without the need to re-enter the CVV2. If you don't pre-authorise the card will not then validate at the time of billing unless the CVV2 is presented at that point. I believe that there is a time…

Well unless I am misunderstanding the report, what you have heard conflicts with the BBC report.
-
Did you listen to the Radio 4 programme?
-
Let me know if you thik I have missheard it.
-
Well not exactly. You are allowed to email existing customers but only if they have actually made a purchase from you and they have not opted out. Go to the BBC iPlayer radio and look up the Money Box programme about GDPR it is very enlightening, it seems that there is a lot of misinformation about the GDPR requirements.…
