Hi Patrick, No, i was referring to customizing reports through report builder, and not have the RACG permission on these custom roles, but reports showing allocated time. I want to flag with red what is above 40 h per week in allocation. I'm. Not sure if this js doable. Thanks! Theo

Oh ok, found the permission that allows that. Bulk Manage Role under Permissions->Setup. All good now :)
