  • We are experiencing similar problems - at times the users cannot pull up an item on a sales order. Other times they cannot save a PO. We have not upgraded our custom forms yet. Can anybody comment as to whether or not this might be a factor?

Upon further investigation we found that we had two values in the returned search that equaled .085 and for some reason Netsuite is wrongly dropping the duplicate value from the total.   • I am getting this error on two separate accounts when receiving PO's - started this morning. "The following items have not been distributed as of the date of this transaction. Consequently any locations associated with these items will be erased when the transaction is saved." Customer Care Case # is 1795895.
