Hi All, I can't get this to work! We've labelled them in an order (still needs some work as we probably need to add some zero's) though in the menu when on the Customer Entity the Drop Down list is ordered differently; I believe by the Internal ID maybe?

Did this ever get answered? We've added additional Customer Statuses and we need to set an order. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you All, We have discovered the issue may not have necessarily been with the merged customer records but with the User Requirements Notes being too long? By moving these to a different Notes area in the Communication tab we've managed to create the Opportunities. In the System Notes for these Leads there are rows…

In the interim we deleted the Opportunity and re-applied the customer to the relevant subsidiary. In the future we may find that we have a customer in one subsidiary…

Hi Entartes, We effectively utilize both, but your 1- is our issue. We are unable to create the Opportunity Transaction from a Customer who was merged with another (ealier) Customer we've deleted after the merge but before trying to create the opportunity. We can change the lead, just not create an Opportunity.
