Many thanks for posting the link. I saw that SuiteAnswers doc when I was doing my own research but skipped over it as we do not have FedEx integration. We do however have UPS. From reading through the doc I have a feeling that field is added when "Shipping Label Integration" is active under Company => Enable Features.
