Hello lauram, A google search for spf setup returns examples on setting this up with your domain. If needed, you can also get NetSuite's SPF Record from centralops.net, type netsuite.com on the "Domain or IP Address field" then press the Go button. You should get NetSuite's MX Record. Thanks,

I have seen this message when opening multiple browser windows from different NS accounts. The link works fine when I open SuiteAnswers from my production account and paste the url. If I open the link in my test account using Firefox for example, it will display the time out message. Thanks,

We are using the 3.0 and it is much better (IMO) than 2.0. However, we keep receiving errors when trying to sync e-mails. I see the field name in IE and Firefox as long as I use the same role and login. As stated above, the user preference "Display Internal IDs" controls this setting. Thanks,

This appears to be a caching issue.
