You should report this to Support to investigate.

Check your sandbox email settings at: Setup > Company > Printing, Fax & Email Preferences > Click the Email tab. If Send Email to Logged in User is selected, this routes all email messages only to the person logged in to the sandbox account.

A similar problem was reported in Defect 296310 : Performance: Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders > Saving Sales Order takes a long time to complete. You may want to submit a case to Support to determine if this is related.

We still getting "unexpected error" results when trying to print (Shipping labels!). How will we know when this has been resolved? This has been documented in Defect 291226 - Please contact Support to have your case attached to this Defect and you will be notified once a fix has been released.

Nathan, can you log in to NetSuite using https://system2.netsuite.com/pages/login.jsp? If the system2 domain provides better performance, then you can continue to use this domain to work as usual in your NetSuite account. Thanks,
