Nah I just like messing with new users... seriously... posted the wrong link. Thanks Jim https://system2.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/Output/Help/NetSuiteBasics/EmailCommunication_UsingCRMSDKTags.html?NS_VER=2010.1.0

Party at my house when NetSuite throws some resources at the entire messaging and merging system and finally makes it able to do anything other than the most simple task. :p I'll bring the wine!
-
To avoid misleading data we add the criteria "email address: is not empty" and "Global Subscription Status: Any of: Soft-Opt-in, Confirmed Opt-in" to our email saved search groups.
-
All of the customers have email addresses. Where do I find Global Subscription Status? I've hunted around, and am wondering if that is supported in the LE version we are using. Marketing TAB on Customer record.

When you host a file in the file cabinet, you have to edit the file and click the "available without login" check box. This is not the case for images in the "Live Hosting" and "Staging Hosting" - these files are ALWAYS available without login
-
Just upload the images into the NS file cabinet then refer to the url given by NS in your html file.
-
Would making them inactive free up space though?
-
Atleast it works. I concur!!!

The good news (for me, anyway) is that none of the errors relate to any coding or customising I have done. They are all in reference to NS tags and NS placed code. Examples: Line 1246, Column 35: document type does not allow element "SCRIPT" here </tr><script language='JavaScript'>window.isvalid=true;function…

Thanks for the info - we passed!
-
Cool - I am doing something right! Passed that (with one warning which was my charset declaration which is now fixed) Thanks again Steve
-
Wow... just checked our NS hosted website www.wineboxwarehouse.com.au 576 Errors, 36 warning(s) work to do...
-
Not sure the best way to do this but I embed the css in each email I send. I read somewhere (maybe now defunct information though) that linking to css files is bad for some mail filters.
-
If the folder has no root folder I don't think you can. If it has a root folder then click on that then you can click "edit" next to the folder name in the right pane.
-
what about setting up an alias address through your mailserver that sends to all relevant peoples and adding that alias address as a cc
-
I set up different campaigns for different groups. I find this easier to keep all my response data separate. To report your response just add the campaign KPI to your dashboard from the customize dashboard settings right on your dashboard. Netsuite will then report on each campaign and the clicks to links that people click…
-
not that I have been able to find... would like this functionality though
-
as a workaround put a portal on your dashboard with open cases in it

Targets for Defect Resolution: • S1 = Average of 5 days to release. • S2 = Average of 60 days. • S3 = Average of 120 days. If these times really are averages, has anyone experienced resolution in less than these said times? Ours are usually twice as long so someone must be getting quick help to make these "averages"

From memory... Setup>Company>System Email Templates

And as long as the image "alt" wasn't "unsubscribe" !!! thats fine as long as they have images switched on in their email client? I think some older versions of outlook have them turned off by default.
-
That is most likely a setting in Outlook, not NS
-
That is certainly a possibility Ken, but I think Susan's point is a fair one. It seems very simple to change the word "unsubscribe" to "opt out" or "de-list" or something similar.
-
I'm not sure why, unless it is already defaulted to add it. Have you tried unchecking the 'Add Unsubscribe Link to Message Footer' ? Does it appear once or not at all? My 2¢

I use dreamweaver for ours and it works fantastically. Just a matter of using it effectively I guess. There are plenty of on-line tutorials. Just ask google. I don't change the urls of our images. We use the regular ns-hosted links. I don't know the answer to the last one. I think it's just an added tracking link but not…
-
It seems that in our main client base (schools) a lot of their email systems convert our emails to plain text and strip out any links. So <a href="http://ridiculouslylongandcomplicated.netsuite.url/thatveryoftengoesontomorethanoneline">simple link to click</a> gets shown as 'simple link to click' but without…
-
Is it seriously still not possible? We are running oneworld so it's showing INCORRECT details. This is man-cow manure.
-
Under the messages tab on the sales order is where you need to change the email address.
-
Sometimes ours are slow too. I can send a campaign and get an almost instant (within 10 mins) hit on our test group. Other days it is counted in hours. The important part is it does seem to work!
