How long does it take to refresh?

Ok, So to make sure I understand. You have two custom fields: BOM Cost Calculated(non stored BOM cost): saved search with the criteria mentioned above to generate this. BOM Cost Stored: set field value workflow used to generate this. Is that correct? I greatly appreciate your help.
