Thank you for the response. I was able to fix temporarily the connection several times, but the connection seems to be quite unstable and keeps dropping. Was wondering if someone else is experiencing the same issues with Bank of America..

Are you suggesting I disconnect and reconect? If so can you plese let me know how to do that. I pay thousand of dollars to Netsuite for this to work. One problem after another.

Have done everything that the documentation outlines, however I am not getting overnight balances updated. The system seems to have a a one or two day lag. Anyway of fixing this? Our other accounting system, Quickbooks, updates everything overnight.

I just linked Netsuite directly to my banks via Bank Feeds.
