  • We are having the same issue. From talking to customers the only thing I have been able to figure out is it seems to happen when they use autofill. I have noticed this too - and it does appear with autofill, from what I can tell. it is like autofill is getting applied prior to Netsuite setting the value of the dropdown or…
  • We like using amazon's S3 storage - it works good and allows us to use a custom CNAME.
  • By looking at Google analytics - can you tell which browser is returning proper totals?
  • Hey all - it looks like IE9 was having some issues with my script. I update it...so it gets rid of the IE9 cross scripting error. updated post at tomaltman.com Let me know if you see other issues.
  • Well just checked yesterdays analytics and it didnt work, the visits dropped off completely so i have had to revert back to the old code. Will have to look into this further. We're testing the method you used on one of our sites - so I may have some more data later today.
  • Thanks for the replies, i went through the thread Matt mentioned and have implemented the code, will have to wait and see if it works now. Thanks all. Are you tracking product blizsport? I'm curious - if you get that working and are still getting leads with Safari traffic - let me know. We have everything working with the…
  • Safari on mac or pc or both? Version(s)? We have 3 from a Mac, 1 from Windows, 1 from an iPhone and 1 from an iPod. So it doesn't appear to be OS based.
  • Nice post Tom, the only thing i saw going through it is that it was recommended to put the html page from Step 4 in the images folder and link to it that way. Some people complained that it screwed up the clickstream in the NetSuite analytics. Is this still the case? We're not using clickstream, so I guess I don't know. We…
  • We've got everything working - with the exception of Safari (because of its unwillingness to support 3rd party cookies from iframes). I can share what we did to get that if you want?
  • One more update this morning...for IE9.
  • Interesting, that's pretty much how I had it setup when I tried the async code. Do you put the code at the top or bottom of the page? Also, very nice write up! Very clear and well described. Props to you sir! One error I found guys...I corrected it in the blog post, but here is the fix. On Step 6 we put a call into the…
  • OK guys...here is my post about it. It was too long for here - so I posted it to my blog. http://tomaltman.com/featured-post/google-analytics-in-netsuite-for-product-tracking/ Please test it and let me know if I have errors. Its sometimes hard to write these kinds of posts. Thanks, tom
  • Chris, I have had nothing but failure every time I tried to switch to the async code, so I stuck with the "old" version (which lines up about 90% with netsuite reports, usually 98% accuracy!) -- with the async I had issue after issue after issue, even so far as nothing tracking period! Hey guys - I'm getting together our…
  • We need a better solution for selling digital music. I would like to see streaming song previews, and an easy way to display individual songs. It is also a slow process of uploading and organizing digital files. It would be great to have a new item type for audio downloads. Can you help me find someone that can help us…
  • This thread details a working solution: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=17639 Read it all and implement how they do it - it's working great for us. Hey Matt - are you tracking safari too? We're having issues with that? Also - we're running in async mode - which basically gives us about a 10 minute lag…
  • Wish it was but nope Can you overwrite those values after load with jquery? Its a hack, but it should work...just keep them in a separate "hacks" javascript file so you don't get it mixed in with something else. Good luck. tom
  • We're working on some jquery code which is kind of a more user friendly way to approach the shopping cart/checkout process. When we have that working we can submit the code here. We were just not real happy with the navigational options on these pages so were looking for something a bit more appealing. We are basically…
  • Yes, there are many different proven systems of creating and editing templates that I hope netsuite will use, rather than building another cantankerous and clumsy system. If you are starting over netsuite, use something proven! There's no shame in not being unique all the time :D I would agree - there are least a handful…
  • We have been encouraging our staff to use google chrome for a browser - there is an extension which will clear the cookies for the site you are on...it seems to work good. As the wizard pointed out - the cookies get stale quickly with netsuite. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lmfdblomdpkcniknaenceeogpgepocmm
  • I would need to remove SUBMIOT/RESET buttons from my onlien customer form. hwo it is possible, There are no settings for those buttons. You would have to remove them via jquery or css.
  • OK - another weird thing...I go to your link: http://mysteryranch.com/military then go to another category: http://mysteryranch.com/hunting and then come back, the military category is fine.
  • We're running very slow too in the Central Time Zone.
  • Okay, so all 3 of our netsuite web stores are down. One loaded some of the content (but no CSS, javascript, etc). Fun times. That is what we have down too... Netsuite side is back now - but websites have slowed to a crawl.
  • We have worked through this with Bronto on non-matric items. Let me check with my developers and see where they went with this. I remember this - the integration was not very integrated. I think we had to write a service to update the Bronto record after the sales order was created. I'll check and loop back.
  • farrago - we spoke the VP of SCA (whatever they call that) about 6 months ago and they told us that Kilimanjaro would be the last version you had to upgrade manually and from there on...post 2017.2 would be more of an "automated" model. We are almost live with Kilimanjaro (looking to launch next week) and then, once the…
  • We looked at Magento - and just didn't feel great about it. After speaking to a number of other people using Magento and the complexities of inventory and sales order synchronization, coupled with the "not so happy" feeling we have gotten from Magento 2.0 users. We felt SCA was the best choice for us. Also - a 2 server…
  • We have been running Netsuite ERP and SiteBuilder, now converting to SCA and Netsuite OneWorld, since 2009. Drop me a message if you'd like to chat. We have an in house IT group that handles it all and I would be more than happy to jump on a call with you and give you some of the knowledge we have gained over the past 8…
  • We are looking give our site a new look and better user experience. Would like to discuss our requirements and hear some fresh ideas. We have excellent content that needs to be better presented and marketed to our clients. Do you have designers/developers on staff?
