  • Have you looked into using the Case Locking feature? You can specify if a case is closed for Xdays that it remains locked and cannot be reopened via ibound email. Are the spams frequent enough to get around this? John www.eset.com

  • Have you looked into the ODBC Module? This gives you the ability to pull large amounts of records without the limitations you get on record count within the GUI. There is a fee for this module but we use it extensively for Data Warehousing and normal troubleshooting/reporting. John www.eset.com
  • We called in on this case over the weekend as many of our license fulfillment scripts stopped working due to this bug. It was finally resolved for us around 1pm Monday 8/8 PST. Odd thing was that some results were coming back but certain custom fields which normally populate were coming back empty... John www.eset.com
  • We've done this using a custom table in NS (to store the banned IPs), and Javascript to pickup the IP address on client machine and validate against this custom table.   • We use the older Oracle-based drivers (9i client) and could not live without it. I have had intermittent success with the newer windows drivers. We use it daily for integration with 3rd party systems, troubleshooting and report writing that cannot be done easily in the GUI. John www.eset.com

  • Julie, Our bookeeper is having the same issue. We created a Netsuite case #449559 for this and have had no response. One thing we have found is that Cash Sales and Sales Orders do fulfill, it is only the Invoices that fail. These invoices then have to be fulfilled manually one by one. John
