hi patrick so it is normal to have balance not as zero in the IS elimination subdiary because of exchange rate fluctuations.

hi patrick and jervin, we had added set the workflow status to approved on the last state which was the approved state. Seems all good now as it does not appear in reports in NS.

hi jervin, we set the condition of workflow status to approved under the actions set field value approval status. this seems to work as i am not able to see those bills pending approval workflow status in reports.

thanks wee ming. by the way will an integration with another system affect the results of this workflow code. hi jervin, the workflow for sending group invoices works now. i removed the additional condition i created. this was the reason that prevented the WF from sending out the email and just relied on the saved search as basis to send out invoices to customers. thanks.
