The Job Location is a mandatory field (list) that is filled in when the project is setup via template. I created a simple search to show all active Generic Resources leveraging 'Today' as the within criteria. Maybe that is a workaround to map that back into the Generic Resources?

Thanks for the quick response. That is a screenshot of our current Generic Resources That is a great point. We may have the resource allocated on future work, so this may be a moment in time, essentially current date (Today). This may be getting too complex, not sure what is feasible without some complex programming.

Yes. Still doesn't solve my issue. I am not seeing how the resources you provided give me that answer? I am trying to apply a highlighting criteria to the end result of value that was created using a formula.

Thanks. I am running into an issue with Applying Transaction. I don't have the ability to set it to Type, it is asking to select the transactions I want. I have attached a screenshot. Also, is it possible to add the that third tier, showing the bills associated with the Purchase Order?

No. When we utilize templates, and the project is setup, it assigns the start date to all the template tasks the date it is set up. This would be an incorrect value. I appreciate your assistance, but this isn't dynamic based on changing the Projected End Date range. I will look into seeing if this can be resolved with a formula.

I think this is pretty close. Since we use project templates, the Date Created is using the date the project was set up, not the date the task was assigned. Any other ideas?

Can the date range of that Invoice Date be added to the Criteria. Attached is the image of the entire search. We evaluate this monthly based on the Projected End Date of a project (highlighted in purple). Can the criteria of the Invoice date range be dynamic to the current date filter being used?

Good point. Since some invoices are billed out in prior months, it may make sense to leverage that field. How do you filter out the results to not be shown when a date range is entered? Sorry, That is in the criteria. Criteria is as follows: Type is Quote Main Line is true Applying Transaction : Type is any of none, Invoice Amount is greater than 0.00 Project (Main Line) : Name/ID is not empty Project (Main Line) : Project Manager (Custom) is all Project (Main Line) : Projected End Date

Shamaine, This worked. However in the short period of time, the plugin we were using was able to resolve the Contact issue. Now how do I eliminate the company prefix on the employee records (red boxed area in attached image)?

Definitely no scripts running. Are you creating the contact under the Company record? I am not. When it automatically created the Contact: Employee Record, I am able to map that Company in that record, but it doesn't show up when viewing from the Company record.
