@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thanks for this, good to know. The customer is using planned work for other reporting so we cannot disable it, they will have to work with its impact on forecast charges for their time-based rules.

@Patrick Yes. The revenue plan status showed as In Progress. All the actual plans were Complete, however the Forecast plan was Not Started.

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Please see below screenshots of examples of the charge and revenue rules The Update RA process was run. And as for updating project charges, what do you mean? Actual charges matched actual revenue plans, however the forecast charges/forecast revenue plans and the source amount on the RA did not.

To be honest I am not sure what should happen here from an accounting perspective. When allocating an expense to another subsidiary, when would you want to allocate the tax amount as well? In the end, instead of making the custom segment mandatory system-wide, I made it mandatory on the transactions the customer wanted it to be mandatory for specifically. This resolved the issue, however I was unable to determine the root cause for it.
