Changes to billing schedule after invoices released
Experiencing an issue with a customer where they set up a Sales Order with a custom billing schedule on the line specifying specific dates and amounts to bill on each date, and released two invoices (Sept 2023 and Jan 2024) according to the billing schedule. Then their 'agreement' with the customer changed, requiring them to update the quantity and rate on the line of the sales order. They updated the custom billing schedule to reflect this change (not the first two dates already billed, but the amounts of subsequent dates).
