It does come up on the Bill of Material Inquiry but it doesn't print on the "Print BOM" on the work Order

@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle , they are looking for allocating to different subsidiaries, I guess then we might need to look Intercompany allocation correct?

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , when I removed the location from criteria, it worked, that location must not have any transaction, what does this formula suppose to display? this field is still blank

they are one world but they only have one subsidiary created so far and item 547 is associated with that item, item ID 547 is lot numbered inventory item

Greetings, Yes, they want to see Total Quantity produced in a given month for a given item, I shared my saved search in my initial post.

Hmm, Make inventory Available box is checked for that location.

Never mind I figured out that you have to do it under supply chain item configuration, I wish it was somewhere in SuiteAnswer or with more information.

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , this is for Employee, Customer, partner, vendor center role which doesn't count for Full Access, so if I need full Access do I need to say None of on this search? and also How do I collapse all rows in one go, I have 86,000 rows if I follow the instruction in the video.

it is not incorrect, it is just showing Total of the search at the bottom, I don't want to see the Total, but I have summary type of "Sum" maybe that is why the Total is showing at the bottom

Thank you for your help. I actually realized that I was using incorrect field in the formula, I used Ship receive for item fulfillment, when it should have been just quantity, when I made that change I was able to see the correct value.

I also attempted SuiteAnalytics but I got stuck here, I am looking for linked transaction fulfillment request transaction number and Item fulfillment number from the sales order.

Thanks John, Yes some of the items/locations doesn't have Bins. Thanks for your prompt input, all good ideas and it got me to a point where I can present something to the supply chain team.

Amazon FBA doesn't have a bin, would have anything to do with it?
