Well this new feature: SuiteBuilder: Custom Field Default based on Summary Saved Search won't do what I want because it won't save the results from a SS to a custom field. It will calculate a value for a record in run time and display it on a form. If anyone knows a work around for this please let me know.

So I have a saved search that sums the life to date sales of every customer. I also have a custom field on the customer record that I want to hold their life to date sales. I'd like to update this field weekly. I am doing this now with an import but is it possible to do this with a workflow?

I know how to trigger the the workflow but how do you pass the quote number to the task in the title?

Cory thanks for the tips. Can you tell me how you cancel a workflow by hand. I have workflows that seem to be stuck.

I'm very confused. My workflow is supposed to set event records from a saved search of expired quotes. It seems that my workflow runs at a random time but only once. I get the following error message via email that I can't decipher. ID : 431965 Invalid reference key [0]. When I run the saved search of expired quotes and…
