We are down too, (yes in Australia) although we don't use Westpac. I figure its the Payflow gateway. Been down since about 4pm and still out now.

We got Explore Consulting to work out a way to do it for us. So we can accept the usual credit card and Paypal, or also Cheque/Bank Transfer for orders placed on the website. Orders that have Cheque/Bank Deposit selected as the payment method behave like they would for an account customer. The default order status is…

You need to use the Write Cheques (or Checks) function to move funds from a bank account to the credit card account. Look for the following topic in the Help Center: Paying the Company Credit Card Bill
