I know this is long past the last thread date, but do have an update on this? Im not very good with scripting and was hoping that bundle may have been released. Could anyone push me in the right direction? Either a step by step guide on how to get this working, or the bundle itself. Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help Brian, looks like im going to be busy this weekend :)
-
Hi Brian, i dont suppose you have any examples to get me started on this do you? Would really appreciate the help.

Same old response "We are aware of the issue and engineers have just started working on it". The lady i spoke to sounded so happy to be working there as well....... To them its just another day at work, for me its costing our company money.
-
We seem to be back online, not sure for how long, almost an hour offline!
-
They are probably not even aware of the issue :-) Just on the phone now waiting to talk to support, been on hold for 5 mins already.
-
System slowed right down again...
-
And now its back, but for how long?
-
Not sure, seems like an ISP outage though, their status page says they had a similar incident last night. https://status.netsuite.com/#dtc=am3#
-
Any luck with phone support?
-
20 mins on hold, finally got through, they are aware of the issue but have no ETA, great!
-
Lol how ironic, i was trying to buy something online like 3 hours ago and couldn't get on the site, just managed to get on it now and its a NetSuite store!
-
we are back up as well and our site seems really fast, much faster than in the past. maybe this issue has been a long time coming. Please mark as appropriate what will happen now: [LIST] [*]Full explanation of issue and reassurance it won't happen again, ever [*]Compensation off of our annual fee for this outage…

Well, i was back up and running, and surprise its gone down again!
-
Don't worry I'm sure your "sorry for any inconvenience" reply will cover any of our lost business :mad::mad: Lol that about sums it up, i seem to remember NetSuite telling us that they were investing into a UK data center, obviously not!
-
I noticed that to Mark, thought it strange, so is it a NetSuite issue or DNS server issue in the states?
-
Same here, main websites down, switched to system2.netsuite.com for now, thanks NetSuite, so much for redundancy.
-
Thanks :D Most of it i did myself, got ideas from some other website but all done internally.
-
Back up and running here, anyone else?
-
BT just added to their service status page: http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/service_status#issue19256 We are investigating an issue at the moment that is preventing some customers from accessing WebPages. We are working hard to fix the problem and we will update this message when more information is available. We are…

Where is everyone based, might be localised? We are in London.
-
Ben, are you in the UK?
-
Yep, south east UK down, looks like a Global NetSuite cockup.
-
Back up! 10:53am GMT!
-
Sorry to revisit an old thread but how did everyone get on with this? One of our online forms has started being flooded and we need to get a captcha system put in place. Any ideas? Thanks.
-
Ever since the latest "upgrade" we have had lots of troubles with this also. Netsuite is so much slower than it used to be. Keying in line itmes takes longer. Yep, we have this issue as well, we was editing a purchase order a few days back and it took 23 seconds to edit one line. What is going on?!
-
Apparently our website went offline last night for a bit in the UK, waiting for more info from customers.
-
Ours has been fine all day, could be an ISP DNS issue? I ended up putting a backup link on all the computer desktops for the system2, and told them all if they ever get a slow connection to change on their own.
-
Hi Yen, i think this might be a defect, i have just noticed this problem. We can upload images to customer accounts but when we try to view them it brings up a red X as if the image doesnt actually exist. I might have to raise a case about this.
-
This issue relates to Internet Explorer only. The case i raised was answered and they told me that if you view the items in Firefox they will be ok, but not in IE. Will have to wait for the defect to be fixed.
