  • Yes, we were upgraded. I emailed BETA support last week. I will start a new case on this.
  • It appears to us that using 'Preview' (which is the default viewer on a mac) is what doesn't work. If you then open the document in adobe, it prints fine. This took some time reconfiguring all the computers but it is usable now. It was working fine for years but something in the upgrade didn't like it.
  • This is definitely due to the upgrade. Pulled up a form that was saved on the desktop from last week and that prints fine. Any forms that have been generated from Saturday on don't work. ( I was here on sat and tried printing a check and it didn't work) Case Number 609651

  • I didn't customize the forms. They print fine on all the other machines (macs) just not on the new PC. On the screen you can actually see the text but when it prints, it doesn't print the text. I've printed a another PDF and a text file and it is fine. It does just print all the boarders and frames.
