steven_stewart This just started happening to us as well. We have a linked server and a process that backs all the tables up every hour and it just starting refreshing very slowly recently. Sometimes the transactions_lines table fails to load properly as well. Please let me know if you find a solution

Quotas are still very unusable. You can't tie them to Transaction Saved Searches. For example, if we want to compare our Quotas to our Bookings in a transaction saved search that is not possible. The basic out of the box quota reports that NetSuite gives you does not allow enough drill-down capabilities.
