Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle What happens when we run consolidated reports? How is the fiscal calendar effected based on subsidiary context? For example, Subsidiary A is April to March, Subsidiary B and Parent Subsidiary is Jan to December. Thanks.
-
Hi I have submitted a ticket to NetSuite Support and awaiting feedback. Thanks.

Hi @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle The depreciation is for 1 month i.e. January 2025 only. We are getting inconsistent outputs during our testing, If the depreciation has already occurred, it doesn't seem to be possible to modify lease. Also, according to SuiteAnswers, the initial journal should be reversed, unfortunately, once the…
-
Hi @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle We want to amend from 21 to 20 and the asset lifetime is 63 (if term is 20). It is quarterly.
-
@Jeanne Padilla-Oracle so if we cannot reverse the journal from the lease, how can we modify the lease as this was a pre-requisite? SA 82501 We tried editing the JE and entering a reversal date, but the lease didn't recognise this therefore, the JE is still impacting GL and reports.
-
Update: The Reverse Journal appears immediately after the JE is created on the Lease. Once the Asset is proposed/created, the button disappears. Therefore, to reverse the JE, I edited the JE and entered a reversal date.

Hi @Alex Joves -Oracle I received a notification from Oracle that the Germany Localization bundle has been updated with the e-invoicing component. I have installed this on our sandbox account, but how do I test it? Could you please provide some guidance on this? Thank you.
-
Hi @Alex Joves -Oracle Any update on this native solution from NS yet?
-
Resolved the issue - missing Net Book Value and Depreciation date did not align. Followed steps in SuiteAnswers article and was able to dispose asset. https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/84986/kw/84986

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle I have raised a support case. Thanks!
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Yes the RA125640 is related to CM5159, as shown as the source below: The credit memo is not linked to a subscription and the item is non-inventory.
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Here's what shows in Deferred Rev Waterfall detail report: In the Revenue Plan, the forecast shows an amount in remaining. Thanks!
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Here is the report summary: Scenario #1: Revenue Summary Invoice Payments applied, including Credit Memo. Invoice is fully paid. Credit Memo - I don't recall seeing both Items and Apply subtabs populated, could this be the reason for the variance? I am reviewing your answers to #2 and #3. Thanks!
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle We have 3 scenarios: The Revenue Plan in the RA is completed and fully recognized, but the report says the deferred balance still remains. This balance should be 0 on the report. Source = Credit Memo and fully applied against the invoice. Revenue Plan is completed. Subscription was terminated,…
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle The balance is showing in the Unplanned Deferred Revenue column. Thanks,
-
Hi @Lyka Cristobal-Oracle Here are the list of templates, I cannot find Vendor Payment template.

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle We're not sure which fields we would need, currently, we import a csv file for invoicing and revenue (journals). If we utilise projects module and set it up as you suggested above, then I guess the minimum fields would be those to create a project record in NS, time entries?
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle This is helpful, thank you. I will do some testing to see if this will work for us. From an integration standpoint, what details would we need in NetSuite to set one up? What records would be relevant for this in NetSuite? Any further guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle I need to schedule the saved search which I believe is not possible with SuiteAnalytics dataset/workbook.
-
Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Is there any guidelines you can provide of what components we need to consider to set this up with projects module? Do you recommend we use charge based billing? How would this work since billing and revenue data is currently uploaded into NetSuite?
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle I am yet to test if the additional criteria in the above screenshot would work. When I preview the saved search, it is not returning anything which is what we expect. But it doesn't necessarily mean that it's definitely the case i.e. no exceptions found. As for the payments one - is there an…

Hi @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle Thanks for the response. We want to allocate across multiple subsidiaries, the Allocation feature only allows within the same subsidiary but across departments/segments. Is there another way besides Intercompany? Thanks.
-
Hi @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle Thanks for the response. Does NetSuite have an alternative workaround as to how we should handle this in FAM? Regards,
-
Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle Is there a workaround to pull in Canada PST/GST into the report? Thanks.
-
Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle Celigo connector - integration IO. Please see attached request and response files. Thank you. Regards,

Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle I am not able to locate the field ID, but it's on the line level of the field which I believe it is a system field?
-
Hi @Nicole Melendy-Oracle Thanks for the reply. The field I need for the condition is on the Line level which is Amortization Template/Schedule. This does not appear in the list of fields. Please advise.
-
Thanks @Tiru Chembeti - I tried user: Last modified but this pulls the last modified from the User record, not subsidiary related changes unfortunately. Thanks @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle - I tried maximum but the issue I am also facing is the system notes capture only to the minute timestamp. So if there's a number of…
-
Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle That's the issue, we cannot identify which transaction is being associated in the process. We were hoping NetSuite could point us in the right direction.
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Please advise. Thanks,
