Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle The bill was not in pending approval as it was approved in the open period, September but the period seems to follow the date of the transaction. Regards,
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Yes and other roles too. August period is closed. But the bill was approved in September and the posting month is September on the bill, albeit the Date of the transaction is August. Why would it show Posting month of August on the Pending bills saved search? I have reopened August, on the bill…

Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle Not quite what I was looking for, basically, I have a journal with lots of lines and I've just tried asset proposal and the system does propose multiple assets for creation based on the lines in the journal. However, during the manage proposal process, the asset had missing values as you ca see in…

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Create Plans is set to Revenue Arrangement, not billing. The RevRec Rule is When Delivered and there is also a FV Price list but it's not allocating fair value at all. Not sure if it because of 'when delivered'?
-
Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle The item is taxable and the issue occurs either when using billing operations or standalone invoice/next bill. Regards,
-
Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle We use bulk process for invoicing - Transactions - Billing Operations. The line items on the subscription are included on the subscription plan, so items are added at the line level of the transaction automatically. On the customer record, Taxable and Tax Item (avatax) are populated. Regards,

Thanks for the response. I tested this in our sandbox, but it still didn't update the values. Is there a time delay or a sequence I should follow? First the asset values were updated via csv, then asset depreciation process was run and journals created but the expected values were not updated on the journals. Also the…

Hi Did some further testing and the steps for Lease Modification in FAM are as below: The last point is due to first interest was not calculated in the first month, thus we input a date of end of previous month for the correct amounts to be reflected. Point 5 was to reverse the initial modification so quite long winded but…

Hi @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle Thank you for the response. Is there an alternative solution for managing lease payment modifications? Regards,
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Is there any related articles in SuiteAnswer? So changing the email from [email protected] to [email protected] will not remove the user's access directly or via SSO? Regards,

Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle The Deferred Revenue Waterfall report doesn't show amounts in these fields, we need the revenue element source to identify what is driving the movement in deferred revenue, additionally, we also need the Revenue Element amount and recurring amount from the subscription to know which lines, for…

Hi @Patrick Thank you for the response. I cannot find the SuiteIdeas #180529 Customers are requesting help documentation of different fields on Report Builder Edit Columns page. Please advise. Are there any field help definitions available at all? Regards,

Hi @Petr Maly-Oracle I was trying to export 400+ fields with 1mil+ rows which didn't work. Regards,
-
Hi @Pablod@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Yes I am running both reports for the same subsidiary. I will recreate the custom report based on the standard version to see if that resolves the issue. Thanks.
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle There are planned revenue in future months - this is the standard Deferred Revenue Waterfall report where you can see the future months. But as you can see in the custom version of this report, this isn't the case: Regards,

In addition to the permissions in the said article, we had to add the following permission to the role. This wasn't mentioned in SuiteAnswers! BF SE Customer ID under Setup Regards,

@Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle The error is also occurring as Administrator.
-
Furthermore, the error seems to be intermittent which I would like to understand why this is occurring. As showing on the Plug In execution log below and Match Bank error also does not appear after the Audit logs here. Could there be a process that interfering with Match Bank connectivity?

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I'd 400+ field with Total rows: 1,212,459, I tried a small dataset with a few additional fields based on the standard template, I was able to export the dataset using a different Transaction Details dataset. Regards,

Hi @James Virtudazo-Oracle The issue was due to case sensitivity in the email address input, it has to match the email address on the employee record in NetSuite. Regards,
-
Hi @James Virtudazo-Oracle We have tried both options logged in as the user, I also created a new report logged in as the user and same error message came up. Is there a specific permission for Allow web query required on the role itself as I couldn't find any related articles in SuiteAnswers on permissions? Regards,
-
Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle I have already tried above suggestion but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue and simply queue an additional script deployment. Regards,
-
Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle I have the same issue but the processes are still queued/stuck at pending status. I tried above and the FAM process manager SS is still showing as processing, it is holding up all the other scheduled scripts in the queue. This is also impacting our Electronic Payments processing. Please advise.…

Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle The Reversal Date is displayed on the form(s) but not if the journal was created from Revenue Recognition. Is this correct? I tested creating and copying from a book specific journal, the field is displayed if it is a standalone journal, but not displayed if it's created from a revenue recognition…
