I've got an update that its in testing, so I'm hoping this gets cleared within the hour.
-
Workaround works for us too - not optimal, but it works.
-
Same here. This needs to be S1, not S2. Please fix this!
-
We are now getting the 404s.
-
We're bouncing up and down, seems mostly okay but the lack of support is frustrating. Give your support people some information or teach them how to speak without mumbling "umms" and "uhhhs" please!

Huh, they showed up 6 hours later. I wonder if this had anything to do with some of the other issues reported here today.
-
I have some users reporting this as well.
-
This sounds suspiciously related to this issue here. I have no idea if they are one in the same, but it sounds like there was a fairly big stoppage.
-
The timing of this makes me think that this was related. What a day for them to take off.
-
Thanks for the update.

We're back up as of 4:47 eastern (Virginia), still on hold with NS support (for past 20 minutes) to get some feedback on root cause. Does that ever work? I feel as if when we call support about an outage it turns into a big waste of time with someone who doesn't really know anything but will "get back to me soon".
-
Fun times - down as well.
-
We seem to be coming back up around ~3:30pm Pacific time.
-
We also get the same thing.
-
I am on hold with support, the first tier has reported no ETA. Any update from the employees on this board?
-
That actually very much could be a caching thing. I have no doubt that NetSuite is not actively making the orders disappear, but there needs to be some way of saving the order before the authorization is obtained. Can we perhaps get the authorization in a pop-up window or a layer? This has been happening to us too - not…

Unbelievable!! Ouch. :( Sadly, that's what I've had to tell my users. I feel they might be feeling the same way.
-
I'd like to know this as well.
-
We've been having some odd issues with items on POs as well but nothing specifically like this. I'll keep an eye out today.
-
This happens to us quite often on a failed CC as well. There are several other threads and an enchancement request on this issue. We really need some resolution here!
-
Note that storage for us is much more expensive than is implied by the cost of disk drives at Fry's. We don't just buy the disks, we actually manage the data in them 24/7 to provide 99.9+% uptime, which has significant additional costs in hardware, data center space, bandwidth, and labor. Thanks, -e Evan, that's…

This is a concern for us as well and it is dissapointing to read a thread like this, going on for two & half years! While I'm sure NS has quite a priority on backups and data security/integrity, its our data and we need to be able to own it. Get on your horse here!

I understand the reason for the search functionality to omit words that are all too common, however, it does limit the ability of this forum to be useful in some instances. For example; I'm interested in information and experiences regarding PayPal's "Bill Me Later" program. If I search for "Bill Me Later", the search…

We are aware of the problem when searching an exact phrase and are working with vBulletin to address this. That's good to hear. The technical nature of this forum makes this feature a must-have for getting information quickly! Thanks!
