We're seeing the Bill Queue staying as Pending as well. Submitted two batches of about 20 each. It's been 30 minutes now, and they're still showing as pending.

Having the same problem. Customers can't place orders by UPS and phone reps can't take orders using UPS shipping methods. Also, web services orders using UPS shipping methods are failing to import. This is killing our business. Netsuite, please update us ASAP on the status. Jeff All Together Enterprises

Looks like we were down for several hours on Friday night but were up for the rest of the weekend.

We had the same thing happen last night. It seemed to go on for a few hours and then fixed itself. At least today's orders seem to be working, but now we have to go through last night's orders and contact the customers for payment information. Is this something that's going to happen again? We were given issue 113317 Matrix Item Dynamic Pricing not functioning; i.e. Price X to Price Y doesn't change when specific item selected. If you're experiencing this as well, please ask to be added to this issue to encourage Netsuite to increase the priority in which this is handled. Jeff

Ian, Darrell, and anyone else interested: I FINALLY got ahold of someone in support that was able to address our problem, after 1 1/2 hrs on hold.
