I don't know if closing the line is the right move. I just want to know how to best handle adjusting quantities on the SO for an unfulfilled line on an interco transaction.
-
My thought was, if the SO can't be changed and we don't want to delete the IF (which does not contain the item they want to reduce the qty. for), then we could just fulfill the 20 at some point in the future and then bill for 20. Wouldn't that allow us to close the original 23 quantity line on the SO and finish the process?
-
Yes, that's what I have explained to my team. Thank you. You can close this out.
-
How would you recommend reducing the qty. then? Close out the line and invoice for just the 20?
-
There is no way to change it?
-
This is going to cause confusion for our customers across subsidiaries.
-
Message and Disclaimer. These appear to be some kind of standard field. In lieu of that, how do you edit the text in a custom field? See screenshot.
-
Is there really no documentation on this?
-
We can close this for now. I've been pulled on to other requests.
-
I was able to resolve this by using the Sales Order record as my base. I could then do joins on the IF and pull results from SO, IF, and Invoice.
-
No, that didn't apply either, unfortunately. Thank you for your help.
-
It is already linked. So that is not the issue. Any other thoughts?
-
Sorry, I've been busy with other issues. I will check it tomorrow.
-
Thank you. They went with Option #2.
-
I think we may need to just move to a wholly different base report or a new saved search. I'll let them know. You can close this.
-
What about before they were billed? All of these are Partially/Pending Fulfilled and NOT billed.
-
That is not the report they are using, though. They're using a different report. Sales by Customer. Does the same apply to that report? I presume the issue is being caused by the discount line?
-
I will check it today and get back with you. I have been busy with the launch of a project.
-
I was able to set it up and it finally worked. I will take these notes to my team. If I'm reading this correctly, we can't have two custom price fields per customer.
-
One challenge we are facing is some of our customers have multiple price levels. How will that work? I set the price level to match on the customer record and the site record and it still isn't working. I rebuilt the index again. Also, is there a way to share a link without exposing it on this public forum?
-
It didn't change anything.
-
Regular inventory items, non-inventory, and assembly. All types fail to add to cart.
-
I did try that, but it didn't work. I'm not going to worry about it too much for the moment, since it works on the other transaction templates. You can close this.
-
It's been a few years since this thread was open. Any progress on this? There needs to be a way to easily find which have/don't have images in SuiteCommerce. It shouldn't require a dev to check. This should be something an Admin or Marketing super user can achieve.
-
This seems to be an issue for only some templates, like Vendor Bill. Invoice pulled the appropriate logo size.
-
I was able to tweak the form to display the proper information, but src="${subsidiary.logo@url}" is yielding the logos being tiny. They seem to be the appropriate size in the file cabinet. I tried adding style for width, but since the logos are not consistent in size, this is not a solution that will work. Any suggestions?

I shared the article already: 44536

I let my team know. You can close this. Thanks!

Extreme slowness started when we added two new fulfillment centers, however it was always slow. Clearing cache/different browser doesn't work. Some searches are slow, but they are heavy to process. No, I can't share it because it won't load.
-
It did! Sorry, I've marked it as yes!
