How did you run the mass update to update Last Sales Activity with past activity? When we installed the bundle we were told we could not backdate the field. Did you select a group and write a formula that will populate the field with the right info? If so, what was that formula? Thanks!

Thanks for the info, the more I learn about 8x8 the more I want it. Was the bundle install/integration easy? I am a "power-user" but not a full fledged developer and would love to be able to do it in-house. When you say "logs calls" I would like more info if possible. Does it record a call? Will it dictate/inscribe a call?…
