It may not have anything to do with the network itself but ... corporate users on a network are often restricted users. If your users are restricted and if Netsuite for Outlook 1.0 requires admin privileges to install then it won't work. Can anyone verify if Netsuite for Outlook 1.0 needs to be installed or run as an admin?

Add me to the list of confused customers. The integration client still seems to be the old one. What's the deal? Update: Support says the new Outlook client will be released sometime later this year with no eta. Not too helpful. Maybe they're waiting until all customers are on 2007.1?

Another thing that's frustrating is that the search portlet on the Enhancements Requests page does nothing. You cannot search the enhancements at all. We've been using it for a couple of months now and have been pretty happy with the product. It syncs one-way only (Netsuite>Google) but it works seamlessly. We did run into a few issues early on but Daston always fixed them quickly, often within a day. Now Google and our iPhones actually have useful calendars! Awesome.

It's enhancment request #59855. No eta. The time consuming but simple way is to create categories and add your items to the category, but that can be a lot of work if you're talking about hundreds or thousands of items. You might be able to do it with custom code, but that's more advanced than I can help you with ... sorry.
