Case #1232924. Any help would be appreciated.
-
All of our e-commerce pages are so slow right now that they are useless. I've contacted Netsuite support but it would be good to know if we're the only one right now. Example: http://www.fhcanada.org/gift-guide

Us too. And it's almost time to go home. :) Web site seems fine. I'm calling support since status.netsuite.com thinks everything is fine.
-
This isn't a new issue, but as far as I can tell, no progress has been made on fixing it. https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=10158
-
It was repaired? Not here!
-
We're dead in the water. Netsuite and web site.
-
Nope, we're not and we've had no issues with any other sites. I'm pretty sure this was a Netsuite thing since Netsuite gave us a specific error message. Thanks for the heads up though.
-
All better now. We had some web store checkout errors at the same time so I'm glad it seems to be fixed.
-
I checked 2009.2 and the problem persists there. Anyone from Netsuite willing to take a look at this? It's very important to us.

Hi Mark From memory this has happened to me in the past. I think it was due to being logged into NS in the same browser. Do you get the same results in a different browser, ie. logged into NS in IE and fill in the form in FF? That would be strange, since I'm logged into Netsuite as an employee and the sign-in form changes…

Thanks for the update. S2 means our new web site is going to miss the holiday season. That's really bad news for us.
-
The item change is working for me, it logs a note in my test account. However, if you remove the line and re-insert a new one, that won't be logged because the system treats it as a new line. Hmm ... that's likely our problem. We have a script that runs on transactions that auto-fills many of the fields. That might be…
-
All fixed in 2009.2. We're now using groups successfully as we build our new site. Thanks Evan and Faye!
-
Thanks! I very much appreciate it.

Hi Mark, You can find related info in our Help Centre under topic: Permissions for Searches. Add the Publish Search permission: If you have Create level or higher for the Publish Search permission, you can share saved searches with other users, and set up alert emails and scheduled emails of saved search results. The…

Ours is 105 x 43. Looks good. I think 72dpi is fine.
-
Same here. What's the deal?
-
Us too. Blah.

Enhancement 133159. Web Store > Built-in support for complete Google Analytics integration Release Target: 4Q 2011 Major Release So, there's hope! On the downside, I'm now worried that 2011.2 may be released during the holiday season again. Here is the description from Netsuite: ------------------------------------------…
-
Our intent is to have 2011.2 completely rolled out by early October Hooray! :)
-
And in BC (that's Canada folks :) )
-
And down again.
-
Thanks for the update Ted.
-
Yea ... if lots of customers are down I would be confident that there are people at Netsuite scrambling to get things going again. I think a call to support is redundant.
-
What is required here is a service-level guarantee, where there are financial penalties to NetSuite for under-performance, and the only thing that's going to make that happen is viable competition. Pray for that. How does one quantify under-performance? Netsuite does have an up-time guarantee but what constitutes being…
-
Not that it has ever been particularly fast, but Netsuite is now proving to be a serious drain on our productivity. We have noticed a serious drop in speed over the past couple of months - we have tried system2, various browsers, different computers, different internet connections and even differerent countries and the…
-
It's definitely not everybody. We've been running just fine (knocks on particle board desk) for the last month or so.
-
Things are slow for us on netsuite2 today as well. Searches are timing out and pages show 97.11% for server.
-
Yes. Almost a minute to bring up a customer record. Ugh. Workaround from support. Log in via https://system2.netsuite.com
-
Glad I could help. Note: The workaround does not work with email alert links since they all point to system instead of system2.
