Unfortunately, the Item Receipt record is not available to CSV. If you do not script, you could update via a scheduled Workflow that you only ran once.1 -

I believe what you saw was possibly setting up either a Customer or a Partner. There you could click on a button/link to log in as them for testing.3 -
