If you go to: Support -> Support Overview -> NetSuite Account Center Click on See All Transactions Go to the earliest and that Invoice should have all the information you are looking for.

there is a bundle from Suitesolutions called Effective Date pricing (166020) which is now free to download. You might need to contact you r account rep to have it made available.

OZLink also will take the scale weight and use on the Item Fulfillment.
