Can anyone tell me why my sales orders are not showing up in my WMS system?

I am working through this new Netsuite upgrade. Now I have hit a point where my orders are not showing up in my WMS system. When I scan a sales order, it can't read it and when I manually type in the sales order number it can't find it. Please help with some suggestions! Thank you!
