SuiteTax (B2C transactions with individual customers in other EU countries no VAT Reg. No.)
Dear All,
I have a case with SuiteTax Engine for the B2C customers with no VAT Reg number the example is shown as below:-
The Customer subsidiary is Germany, and the shipping from country is also Germany.
This individual customer who Is (B2C) with no VAT REG number located in the Netherlands. If we make a cash sale for this customer then trigger the Tax Calculation it will bring Germany as a Nexsus which is wrong. Since according to the Nexus Determination Lookup Logic in SuiteTax the Nexus should in fact be Netherlands and the Tax Rate should be based on 21% NL_SR Tax code of Netherlands.
