Unenable negative inventory

Hello team,

After downloading the bundle ID 213294 that disables negative inventory, I had a couple of questions:

  1. I would like to get negative sales order but when I reach the Item Fulfillment I want that the transaction will not proceed and to get an error.
  2. When the bundle was working I tried to make an inventory adjustment in the UI to get negative inventory and I got rejected but when I tried to import a CSV of inventory adjustment the process occurred without errors and I got negative inventory
