Under General of NetSuite Settings, you will find Region that allows you to configure your account time zone and its formatting options. Configuring this setting will update the standard or default company settings of all users. 

Making changes to the Time zone or Regional format allows you to have a preview of how it would display in your account under Format Preview.  

 

 

Once you are satisfied with your selected Time zone or Regional format, click on Apply button to save your changes.
