Editing Tax Jurisdictions

edited Jun 6, 2025 5:59PM in Accounting

To edit Tax Jurisdictions in NetSuite QuickStart Edition, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the Ask Oracle button > Accounting > Settings > Taxes > Tax Jurisdictions.

 2. From this page, you can view the list of existing jurisdictions.

3. Select the Tax Jurisdiction and select Edit on the Actions column.

4. From this page, note that the Country and State or region field is no longer editable. The Tax agency field is system-selected based on the tax setup.

5. If a jurisdiction is no longer required, you can set it as Inactive. The Inactive box in this page is only to indicate if it is active or inactive.
