SSL Certificate Provide Problem

Hello,

I am trying to make an HHTPS request in one of my Suitelet Scripts but I get the following error:

"name":"SSS_INVALID_HOST_CERT","message":"An untrusted, unsupported, or invalid certificate was found for this host."

The remote server has a valid SSL certificate issued by RapidSSL RSA CA 2018. It also supports TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3.

What might cause the problem?
