Manage Passwords and Security

Administrators of your NetSuite QuickStart Edition Account have access to manage user settings, including Password Policy, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and Timeout Policy.  

 

Access the settings by opening the Ask Oracle menu in the bottom-right corner, navigating to Administration, and clicking on Users, followed by Internal Users, lastly click Passwords and security from the menu. 

 

 

Password Policy 

You can change the password length for Administrators and regular business users. Simply edit the field values, with a maximum length of 256 characters. 

Additionally, you can set passwords to expire periodically. Choose one of the two options to determine when all users or users without 2FA will need to reset their passwords.
