Is it possible to create a copy of all of the information on a customer record for archiving purposes? We're a small UK charity and often have repeat customers coming back onto our programmes, we'd like to record all of the information we add to their record before it's overwritten by them signing up again. I'm not looking for the exact steps to create this solution, but perhaps guidance on where to start or evening knowing if this is a built-in function of NetSuite?
