Min QTY for work order

Hi,

Is there a way to generate the work order for min.quantity rather than the quantity on Sale order?Real time scenario,we need a coke of 10 tins and out of stock in inventory so when we place the sale order for 10 qty it would be back ordered and will generate a work order for 10qty for coke. But in real time expense for 10 or 1000 qty of coke is same.For proper utilisation we need to generate the work order for 1000 qty rather than 10 qty.Will this be possible?
