Mass Create Work Orders / Default Warehouse?

I'm having an issue with mass create work orders. Because the Location filter defaults to *all, users have accidentally generated work orders for locations that are not their own. I can not find a way to customize the form in order to default in a proper location based on user. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
