Mrg Routing and Labor Costs

We are using Mfg Routing to capture labor costs for our assemblies,but do payroll outside of NS.  We do NOT want to use the salaries account for the Costing Template for the labor capture in GL, as salaries are calculated outside of NS.    Has anyone else come up with a creative way to use an different account on the templates?  The GL impact is a credit to an expense account but looking for input on how to off set this in GL.
