Advanced Manufacturing tablet view

Looking for means to change the Tablet Queue in Advanced Manufacturing. We have a lot of work orders and long routings. Looking for a means to filter out completed steps at a given operation. Can do in editing Mfg Operations tasks and AM operations tasks, but cannot find method to alter tablet view.  Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
