Adding PO lines to a shipment

I love the concept of shipments in NS as we import most of our inventory in containers that have multiple POs in it. However the tool to add PO lines to the shipment is essentially unusable for us as it times out consistently. The only solution that I have found is to add 20 items at a time to the shipment, which is a nightmare as our POs typically have over 200 lines. Is there a better way?
